TERMS:

Rental period is from Saturday 4:00pm to Saturday 10:30am.

Rentals are by the week; shorter periods may be available upon request (not during Summer)

A $500 fee is required to hold a rental; Full Payment is due 60 days from rental start period.

There is a $275 cleaning fee per weekly rental. (See note (2))

Security deposit via credit card s required prior to your stay.

Additional full-hight air mattresses are available, with linens for $60 per person per stay (up to 2).

OTHER:

Housekeeping is available during your stay for a fee.

The pool will be serviced prior to your stay. If you wish to have them clean the pool for you during your stay the cost is $75 per visit. Use of Pool heater is additional.

Sorry; no pets, though there is a 7-day/week boarding kennel just ten minutes away.

We strictly maintain a non-smoking house for our comfort and the comfort of our guests.

5% Maryland Rental taxes to be paid prior to rental

(1) - A 3.5% fee will be added to all Cedit Card transactions for rental fees (not security deposits)

(2) - Our actual cleaning cost is higher. For rentals shorter than a week renter may pay an additional fee.

(*) - Deposits and Cancellations

- Deposits shall be returned in full if cancellation is made more than 60 days from Rental Period.

- If the property is rented for that period (at the same or greater rate) the deposit will be returned less the difference

and less a cancellation fee.

RATES:

Fall 2009: Sep 12th to Oct 30th - $3,499/week or $499/night

Low Season 2009: Oct 31st to April 2 2010 - $2,399/week or $399/night

Spring 2010: Apr 3rd to May 28th - $3,499/week or $499/night

Summer 2010: May 29 to Sep 10th - $4,899/week

Fall 2010: Sep 11th to Oct 29th - $3,499/week or $499/night

- Three-day stay minimum for Spring and Fall

- Two-day stay minimum for Low Season

- * Major Holiday rates may be higher.

- Credit Card payment available at a fee (1)

- Cleaning Fees apply (see below)

OUR RESERVATION HOLD POLICY:

In order to be fair we are consistent. Here's how we handle reservations and holds:

1) At certain times of the year we get as many as 5-6 inquiries a day. If you call about a near-term or popular date, it's possible someone else also called. We don't typically tell callers that someone else inquired about the same dates.

2) Priority goes first to the person who completes a reservation form. If someone calls about that same date and we haven't heard from the prior party - we will reach out to see if they still intend to rent.

3) The Calendar. We block out the calendar when someone says they're returning a deposit that day. If the calendar is not blocked, that means either (a) we have no reservation or (b) someone has not yet sent in their deposit.

4) Bottom Line. If you're interested and committed to a date, let us know and please tell us that you believe you intend to take the home for that period. If there's another party interested we'll let you know so you can work as quickly as possible. We still honor the first-come-first-serve policy but this way we can keep you informed.
